INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION:

Go to eTOTALplan registration page     http://recruiting.etotalplan.com/

Select the event you are registering for and then select participant or volunteer.   If there are openings, the option will be green, if it is full, it will turn red and not allow you to select that option.

If you are registering a PARTICIPANT –

Minimum age to participate is 4 years old.  Parent must process the registration and fill out information AS THE PARTICIPANT – using the participant’s name and birth date.  At the end, fill in parent or guardian name and contact information.   Print the waiver, fill it out, sign it and bring it with you to the event.  You will only need one waiver for the entire surf tour this season if you choose to attend more than one event.

If you are registering to VOLUNTEER –

Minimum age to volunteer is 10 years old.

If you are over 18, fill out all your information, print the waiver, fill it out, sign it and bring it to the event. You will only need one waiver for the entire surf tour this season if you choose to attend more than one event.

If you are a minor under the age of 18, you will fill out the information on eTOTALPlan with your information and your parent’s name and contact information.  NOTE:  Your waiver must be signed by a parent and NOTARIZED prior to the event.  Bring the signed and notarized waiver with you to the beach.  IF YOUR WAIVER IS NOT SIGNED AND NOTARIZED, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO VOLUNTEER!

NOTE TO EVERYONE –

Your initial registration only registers you for the eTOTALPlan site.  It is not confirmation of your approval of registration until you receive a confirmation email with login and password.   You should receive this within 48 hours of your initial request.  If you do not – your registration did NOT go through, please try again or contact Kim at kimsfa@live.com.  If you have any additional questions, comments or concerns, you may also use this same email address.  If the event is full, you will also use this email address to be put on a waiting list.  See you at the beach!
